NORDIC SKI CAMP
FEATURING OLYMPIC & WORLD CUP SKIERS CAITLIN & BRIAN GREGG
Brian and Caitlin Gregg have each competed in the Olympics (Brian 2014, Caitlin 2010) and have numerous World Cup starts. At the 2015 World Championships, Caitlin won a bronze medal in the 10K Freestyle race. She is the only 5-time winner of the American Birkebeiner.
June 21-23, 2024, Alexandria, MN
This amazing opportunity is designed for middle and high school skiers who have one year of roller skiing experience (12 -18 years old) and are wanting to improve their classic and skate technique, develop and set goals, and incorporate Nordic training techniques as multi-sport athletes.
FRIDAY: 5:00-7:30PM / BROPHY PARK, ALEXANDRIA / GOAL SETTING & TRAINING THEORY (Dinner provided)
SATURDAY: 9 - 11 AM & 2 - 5 PM / BROPHY PARK, ALEXANDRIA / CLASSIC & SKATE TECHNIQUE (* Lunch on your own)
SUNDAY: 9-11 AM / BROPHY PARK, ALEXANDRIA / DRYLAND WORKOUTS
COST: $50 (Roller Ski Rental: $15)
Includes: coaching from Brian and Caitlin Gregg (4 sessions) and Friday night cookout.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: roller skis, cycling helmet, gloves, running shoes, water bottle, bounding poles, and sunglasses.
