Join a group of passionate winter outdoor enthusiasts, eager to promote and support Nordic skiing in the Alexandria area through education, fundraising, camaraderie and community building.

The ski club benefits our community by:

• Supporting our AAHS and MS Nordic ski teams with grants that are used in various ways to advance the program. For example, grants are used to purchase equipment, provide coach busing and meals for students after meets - all to expand access and make the sport more affordable.

• Expanding access to the sport. We are working with Community Education to provide youth Nordic ski lessons in the Alexandria community.

• Providing Adult Ski opportunities and social gatherings during the winter.

• Advocating for ski trail development and grooming.

The Alexandria Nordic Ski Club has a volunteer Board of Directors who meet regularly year-round. The club is a 501c3 exempt corporation.
